Government never produces anything. Its only option would be to steal it from someone. Such governance would produce a system of big money and lobbyists, which America has.

Undermine the concept of rights and you destroy the basic premises underpinning society: private property, free choices, contracts, and sound money. Those are Ron Paul’s ideas to which I subscribe wholeheartedly.

I fear for America. Most Americans believe that the people have a right to food, shelter, clothing, medical care, and jobs. This is misguided. It results from a misunderstanding of what freedom is all about.

      Encourage everyone to not only sing and contemplate the words of the hymns and their meaning, but to take time to learn the hymns so that each of us can have this abiding spirit with us throughout our days and nights. 
   The spirit of the Holy Ghost is a real entity and needs to be nurtured and protected by reading only from the best books. In my case, that includes all latter-day scripture including the Book of Mormon, Doctrine & Covenants, Pearl of Great Price and talks by the general authorities.
   I also revere the Bible and each of these sacred hymns as the word of God and a real source of peace and God’s love.

To balance your life, read the scriptures or the hymn book. Yes, I said go to church and pick up a songbook and read the verses. The writers of these hymns are some of the world's best poets. In reading their verse, you will come closer to God than you were before. What's the advantage of reaching out to God? Reach out to him and he will reach out to you. You must initiate the contact, then his loving kindness to you in anything righteous that you ask of him will be showered down upon you in blessings ailored for your needs--but in his way, not yours necessarily.
